License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the FitVault mobile application ("App") developed and operated by FitVault ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any compatible Android device for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. NFT Lifetime Access

FitVault offers a premium tier unlocked by minting a FitVault Pass NFT. Upon successful minting and payment (in SOL or SKR tokens), you receive an NFT that grants lifetime access to the full exercise library. This NFT is stored in your Solana wallet and serves as your proof of access.

Your NFT-based access is verified on-chain. As long as the FitVault Pass NFT remains in your wallet, you retain premium access on any compatible device.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its content.

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to circumvent the NFT-based access verification system.

• Scrape, extract, or bulk-download exercise data from the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and original content are the intellectual property of FitVault. Exercise data is sourced from publicly available datasets and is used in compliance with their respective licenses. The FitVault Pass NFT grants access to the App's premium features but does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

5. Blockchain Transactions

All payments and NFT minting occur on the Solana blockchain. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to network congestion, insufficient funds, or wallet errors. Transaction fees (network fees and account rent) are borne by the user.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of exercise information, or compatibility with all devices. Exercise information is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical or fitness advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury resulting from exercises performed based on App content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time for violation of this Agreement. Your NFT remains in your wallet regardless of App termination, but may not grant access if the App is discontinued.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
